This project encompassed the self-portraits and engravements to create an art piece printed onto a piece of paper with a water-soluble based ink. I enjoyed the carving process and finding positive and negative spaces. If I were to do this over again I would carve in patterns and would do different colored prints. My first print turned out very light so I added more paint and pressure when printing and got more clear prints. I enjoyed this project and liked how it turned out.
